The above prices are calculated per day for 2 persons and include the cost of renting the apartment, the listed equipment and includes the Zell Kaprun Summer Card (valid from may 15th - oct. 31st 2025, more information found below). Additional charge for 3rd and 4th person € 15,-- per person and day. Maximum occupancy 4 people.
Cleaning Costs: A one time fee of € 60,-- (for 2 persons) will be charged to clean the property upon leaving, under the condition that the apartment will be returned in a proper condition (€ 75,-- for 3 persons, € 95,-- for 4 persons).
Check-in/Check-out: 3 pm check–in time/ 10 am check-out time
Tourist tax: 2,05 euros per person per day (children under 14 are free) to be paid on arrival
1 carport parking space will be provided free of charge.
Ways to pay:
40 % of the bill will be requested with the booking of the apartment, the rest to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. A deposit of 200,-- euros will be requested upon arrival and will be returned on the day you check-out on the condition that the property is left in its original condition.

The Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card is valid for the period 15th of may – 31st of october 2025 and is included in the apartment prices listed above! In July and August the card is valid on the arrival day after 3 p.m. and the use of the cable car, the boat trip in Zell am See and the visit of the High Mountain reservoirs in Kaprun are not possible before the day after arrival.
